Return and exchange instructions
1. The following conditions are not eligible for return and refund: the returned product has incomplete packaging and is dirty Incomplete accessories or related materials; Unauthorized repair or modification; Not used and stored according to normal methods; The returned product is labeled as fake. (So please understand, buyers)
2. Our company refuses to accept collect packages as they are twice as expensive. (If it is our company’s responsibility to refund the shipping fee, we will bear it, but the buyer needs to advance the shipping fee)
3. Special statement: The goods will be shipped from our company, and the specific delivery time depends on the actual situation of the courier and logistics. Any problems caused by the courier and logistics will be considered. We are responsible for communicating and handling issues with the courier, and we do not provide reasons for refunds or rejections if any problems arise. If the goods are urgent, please inform customer service and they will estimate the approximate time. This way, both parties will have a clear understanding to avoid delays or delays
4. Before mailing the return package, it is necessary to communicate with customer service and prepare a return list. The return list must be attached to the return package and detailed remarks must be made Buyer ID, contact information, reason for return, quantity of return, unit price, Amount, and other related information. If the return is made directly without communicating with customer service before returning, it will not be accepted. (Failure to notify leads to product loss, making refunds difficult)
5. For return requests based on dissatisfaction or unexpected quality of the received goods, customers can return or exchange the goods at their own expense within 7 days after receiving them. For products with actual quality problems that require a return, customer service must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the goods and corresponding evidence must be provided. If there are indeed quality problems after review, we will provide a return and refund as soon as possible. It is recommended that customers who place large orders, if they are not familiar with the product, order some actual samples before confirming the order (to avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties)
6. For customers who request a return due to quality issues, they can exchange or refund, and our company will bear all the costs.
7. Refund and return process:
1) Take pictures of the list of quality issues or out of stock items and send them to the after-sales customer service. After verification by the after-sales customer service, negotiate for a refund or return.
8. We are a small profit, high-volume seller. Once all goods are sold and there are no quality issues within seven days, they will not be returned and can be exchanged. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer! If the buyer has a large order quantity, they can first order a few samples for confirmation before placing a bulk order.
